Our Involvement
Establishing and maintaining operations of a Federation and a Foundation.
Founded on 1 May 2018, the Foundation Geneva Mountain is a recognised public utility organisation with the aim of developing and operating mountain-related infrastructure, as well as supporting mountain activities.
The Geneva Mountain Association, established in 2012, became an umbrella organisation in 2018. It serves as a key point of reference for authorities, a platform for exchange among its members, and an entity capable of carrying out ambitious projects.
We have been part of the journey of both organisations since 2018. We helped frame their mission, vision, and values, and provided strategic guidance for the creation of high-level documentation to ensure the efficient execution of their activities. Our involvement covers various operational areas, including HR, finance (including fundraising), records management, project management, and communications.
Our contributions have been instrumental in establishing and maintaining the operations of both organisations, which are now recognised as leaders in their field.
