Our Involvement
Successful inscription of the Serial Proporty of Djerba on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Starting from a collaborative approach, we brought together a diverse team of experts, including architects, historians, legal specialists, tourism professionals, topographers, and civil society representatives, to shape the nomination.
We provided guidance on the structure and content of the nomination file, drafted the justification for inscription according to UNESCO criteria, and prepared the comparative analysis supporting the Outstanding Universal Value of the property. We also documented and carefully selected the components of the serial property to ensure integrity, authenticity, and thematic coherence.
Tasks were closely coordinated across expertise areas, fostering cohesion, mutual learning, and a shared commitment to excellence in
preparing the nomination.
