Noyan Kayak
Founding Partner - CEO & Lead Consultant
Noyan brings extensive experience from the library sector and as a project manager for multi-hub assets. He contributes to research on sustainable approaches for designing and transforming cultural assets. He has an academic background in information science, art history, and general history.
Amro Bahri
Founding Partner - COO
Amro is an experienced professional with a background in IT and analytics, having worked in both North America and the Middle East. Over the course of his career, he has taken on increasing managerial responsibilities and developed expertise in business administration.
Sylvain Gache
Founding Partner - Lead Consultant
Sylvain is a seasoned professional who initially built his career in research, then in teaching, based on a master’s degree in history, archaeology, and geography, followed by a doctoral degree in history. More recently, he has shifted his focus to the field of information sciences (libraries, archives), where he also obtained a master’s degree. He is now particularly interested in implementing design thinking methods and participatory approaches in cultural projects.
Expertise: Libraries & Third Places, Community Engagement
